Daily Routines 🎼🎻🎀 Daily Routines to Improve Your Health

A few of the main reasons why I feel a daily routine is necessary:
  • RELEARN consistency, simplicity, common sense WITH nature and natural principles
    • our ancestors did so without thinking
    • follow the rhythms of nature.
      • When the sun goes down, time to go to bed
      • When the sun rises, time to get up
      • ENJOY life and nature
Daily Routines help your day to be happy, peaceful, and productive.
       You can vary from the order below to accommodate your preferences.


How do I create MY OWN daily routine?
Step #1.          DON'T feel overwhelmed
Step #2.          START a daily routine
Step #3.           regular meals (about the same time every day).
Step #4.          Walking after meals stimulates digestion
Step #5.          Go to Bed around 10PM.
Remember that even a small step in the right direction is a step in the right direction.

A 15-Step Daily Routines
  1. Get up with the SUNRISE (or as close to the sunrise as possible)
  2. Drink a glass of ROOM TEMPERATURE WATER.
    • flushes the digestive tract
    • encourages regular morning bowel movement.
  3. EVACUATE the bowels and bladder, if you can (without forcing!)
  4. BRUSH your teeth at least in the morning and before going to bed
  5. SCRAPE your tongue daily (ONLY AM),
    • back to front 5-10 times
    • stimulate the digestive system
    • aide the removal of toxins
  6. MEDITATE and stretch(30 minutes)
  7. Shower or bathe
    1. Every Morning before eating breakfast
  8. Eat your BREAKFAST then (½ hr) WALK
    1. NEVER SKIP BREAKFAST
    2. Take a short walk after breakfast
  9. Eat your LUNCH then (⅙ hr) walk
    1. biggest meal of the day
    2. between 12-1PM.
  10. Eat DINNER then (⅙ hr) walk by 7PM
    1. BEFORE THE SUN GOES DOWN
  11. WALK after every meal
  12. MASSAGE the body with oil
    • Leave the oil on for at least 20 minutes. (BEDTIME!!)
  13. FLOSS once per day
    • (best at night) to prevent gum disease.
    • Ayurvedic gum powders can be massaged into the gums as well.
  14. GO TO BED between 9:30-10:30 PM to insure adequate rest.
    • Do not eat, read or watch TV in bed.
  15. Once a week, clean out your nasal passages.
    • with slightly salted water using a cup or a neti pot   (½ tsp salt per ½ cup water)
    • Then place a drop of oil  in each nostril with the tip of the little finger.
