Donal Lawrence Lyrics - I Am GOD!!

I am God all by myself
I don't need any help
I can handle things on my own
I am the first and the last
Whatever you need just ask
For I am, I am, I am God

I was there in the beginning
And I'll be there when you get to the end
I am all seeing, all knowing
Almighty, ever showing
For I am, I am, I am God

I was there in the beginning
And I'll be there when you get to the end
I am all seeing, all knowing
Almighty, ever showing
For I am, I am, for I am, I am
For I am, I am, for I am, I am
For I am, I am, I am God

All of my promises are, yeah, I am God
All of my promises are, yeah, I am God
I am the first and the last
Whatever you need just ask

I am, I am, I am, I am

I am, I am, I am, I am
I am, I am, I am
Just stand still and know that I am

Mudwash Recipe... borrowed from Naptural85... with a few $mutation$

i put this on here so i can look it up whenener i want using my phone but not YOUTUBE... just a lil lazy
  • aloe vera juice --> 4oz = 1/2 cup
  • morrocan red clay - from Vitamin Shoppe --> 3 teaspoons
  • rosehips oil --> 3/4 tsp
  • linden oil --> 1/4 tsp
  • nettle oil --> 1/2 tsp
  • any essential oil --> for the scent --> 10 drops
  • cheap color applicator bottle
i use any three oils i can find in the house... so far so good... as soon as i use up my shampoo supply... this WILL be my staple "goto" hair wash blend

http://www.fyecurls.com/... Regimen? ...should i try it... ...can't hurt...

...

Quick Summary:
       I shampoo/cowash my hair weekly.
       I do a deep treatment on my hair weekly (wrapped under hooded dryer).
       I trim my ends as needed...usually every 3-4 months.
       I moisturize my hair daily. Especially the ends.
Detailed Summary:
       Once a week, before I shampoo/cowash my hair
      four sections using hair clips
      take down  each section and cleanse my scalp gently with H2O
      Then add conditioner to each  section and detangle using my fingers only
      let the conditioner sit on my hair while I finish my shower routine…
      Rinse under a cool water shower stream with hair still sectioned
       After shower… per section..
      apply a leave-in conditioner then my hair butter and twist it up, or my styling cream or gel for a wash n set look…air drying is always best.
      seal your ends with oil
Extra Help:
       For clarifying à 1/4 Apple Cider Vinegar mixed with warm water. ( this rids hair and scalp of buildup).
       For protein à henna or Aubrey Organics GPB Conditioner to deep treat.
       For moisture à deep treat more often and seal hair with oil.
