The workshop - Day 1

Stretch Your Diaphragm!! Before Practice...

1. Practice
2. Bend over, place hand on your stomach.
#goal - hold paper to the wall with air for 1 minute
3. Hands on hip the whole time... Lean Back & Inhale... Lean forward & Exhale
4. On tip toes... Inhale & hold it... Comeback down and Exhale...
