I mixed it with my finger... Pretty simple... Not too messy

Sunday Thoughts

i want a bigger apartment with a washer and a dryer

i want a better paying job

i want a big dog and 2 persian kittens

i want a dining room and a study room in my house

i want to learn how to sew clothing and be excellent in arts and crafts

i want a good husbands who has fun with me and enjoys my company and light up when he sees me... and i him

i need quiet time with the Lord, my saivior, the LOVER of MY soul

i need to be more consistent in my relatonships

i need to be on time

i need to finish what i start

i need to exercise

i need to eat more nutrious meals and snacks

i will get a PHD in Mechanical Engineering with a concentration in Robotics

i will HEAR God's voice

i will be obedient to God's voice

i will not be scared to do more and be better

think I need a hair regimen...revisited...

I didn't do any of it yet... I guess I need a discipline regimen first...

First step... Weekly Deep Treatment

Second step... Daily LOC METHOD moisturization application

Third step... BiWeekly Hair Photoshoot... Hopefully this will help me chart my progress!!!

Fourth step... Stretch my hair after cleansing... Curlformers!!

Fifth step... Protective/Low Manipulation Styles

Sixth step... Go to a hair salon once every six months... Standing appointment... Trim?? I want to grow out my layers...

7th step... Monthly Henna treatment

8th step... Monthly apogee treatment

 

All of these steps are nice... But I need a more structured approach!!

Hair Update

 Not too shabby... Been using a modified twist out and even a loose pineapple at night... Pretty effective... But I believe the cooler weather is what is helping the most... I still have yet to wash my hair this year...LOL
