Day 1 - Mango Hair Serum from Bee Naturals
This is a day in the life of a "recovering" eccentric sluggard or perhaps perfectionist. It is a miracle I've come THIS far. I pray that with renewed strength, vigor and a 101% positive outlook, I will accomplish my heart’s goals... maybe with an "audience"... okay, implied accountability... I'll go further. Welcome.

Weapons to Minimize Destruction
BeBe Michelle appointment yesterday was a long and arduous journey, but it was well worth the price point!
I received the ULTIMATE:
✒wash
✒deep conditioning treatment 😴
✒signature cut (healthy trim and actual shape)
✒curl definition
✒style
And MOSTIMPORTANTLY Advice: ✒henna is good protein treatment
✒REQUIRES weekly deep conditioning (with heat)
✒use 2 leave-in condioners:
1. The spray kind
2. The creamy kind
✒Use the Styler LAST
I can't wait to apply what I've learned to Mooka's hair! To infinity and beyond!

Waist Length Hair is my ULTIMATE GOAL... But this year's intermediate goal is mid back by December!
#1 Cleanser - may not be the best idea, but I'm using up my current arsenal.
#2 Rinse-Out Conditioner - Often times, rinse-out conditioners can be used in place of a cleanser, for a more moisturizing wash... called, co-washing (conditioner wash)
#3 Leave-In Conditioner
A leave-in conditioner is one that is not rinsed out. Its purpose is to further moisturize your hair...This part of the regimen is where most would give in to product junkie-ism. Remember, one product per need!
#4 Sealant
The purpose of a sealant is to literally, seal in the moisture from the leave-in conditioner, prohibiting the moisture from quickly drying out into the atmosphere, thus leaving your hair staying moisturized, longer. Ideal sealants will include, but are not limited to,
👉natural butters like shea, mango, and cocoa
👉natural oils like coconut, olive, castor, and jojoba. Luckily, we’ve come up with a great sealant
#4 Holding/Styling Product
This part of your regimen is for those individuals who enjoy certain styling options, and is entirely optional. If you don’t want your styles to hold in place then nix this part of the regimen. 👉 Depending on your styling needs, one to two holding products like gels, pomades, or setting lotions should suffice.
Now get out there and build that regimen! Use what you’ve learned and show us what you’ve got!
